Free for 3 codes · China origin

Check a list of HTS codes against China AD/CVD headings

Paste one code per line, or choose a CSV. A hit means a heading stored in this file starts that code. A miss is not a finding that no order exists.

The file has 154 China-origin rows and no cash-deposit percent. Case numbers, not HTS codes, go on the US AD case list. One code at a time is on the US AD/CVD lookup. The case file is on ACCESS.

First 3 codes run free. Pro runs up to 50 and copies the report.

One code per line. If the first row starts with HTS, HS, code, or tariff, the first column is used. Files over 1 MB are refused. Subscribe to run the longer list and copy the report.

Ready.

Paid plans · from USD 59 a month

Paste up to 50 codes and copy one report. The same plan includes the case-number list and the HS duty list. This page still does not store a cash-deposit percent.

What a line means

Every HS tag in this file is 4 digits. 7604.10.1000 shares heading 7604 with two rows: A-570-967, anti-dumping, product Aluminum extrusions, and C-570-968, countervailing, the same product. Those rows also store 7608 and 7616. The rate field on both is empty.

7609.00.0000 does not share a heading with any row. That miss is not a finding that no order exists. The file does not store every code a scope notice might name. Confirm the order and the cash deposit on ACCESS before you quote.

A heading is not the goods. Heading 2933 is stored on melamine, cases A-570-020 and C-570-021, and on chlorinated isocyanurates, case A-570-898. The base duty, when the chemical extract has one, stays on the China duty list. Section 301 is not in this file.

Frequently asked

Does a heading hit mean the product is in the order?

No. This file stores a 4-digit heading on the row, not a scope ruling. Heading 2933 is stored on melamine and on chlorinated isocyanurates. Read the product text, then the case file on ACCESS, before you treat the heading as the goods.

Does this page give the cash-deposit percent?

No. duty_rate_percent is empty on every row. The row text says to verify the case file on access.trade.gov before invoicing. A percent from a broker thread is not stored here.

What if the code is not in the file?

The file has 154 China-origin rows, imported 16 May 2026, and every HS tag on those rows is 4 digits. A miss means none of those headings starts the code you pasted. It is not a finding that no order exists. Check ACCESS.

Why can I only run three codes?

Three codes are free, so you can see the report before you pay. Paid plans start at USD 59 a month and run up to 50 from a paste or a CSV, then let you copy the report.
