What does one pass actually check?
The name is run against the Australian Sanctions Consolidated List imported on 25 September 2026 (4,010 primary names). If you add an HS code, Australia also checks the anti-dumping index and the tariff file, the United States checks the AD/CVD case index and HTS chapters 28 to 39, and the EU checks CBAM Annex I. Files that do not assert a cash-deposit rate still do not assert one.
Does a clear name mean I can wire?
No. The name check is the Australian list only. OFAC, UK OFSI, and the EU consolidated list are not in it. A designation added after 25 September 2026 is not in it either. Confirm on the DFAT page and with your bank before the wire.
Why is there no duty dollar figure?
The Australian anti-dumping file and the US AD/CVD file deliberately leave the cash-deposit rate blank, because the rate depends on the exporter and the shipment date. The pre-check tells you a measure or a case exists and links the register. It does not invent the rate.
