Importing chemicals from China requires correct HS code classification, accurate MSDS documentation, and for dangerous goods, IMDG compliant packaging. Destination requirements vary: US importers require TSCA compliance, EU buyers require REACH documentation, Australian importers use AICIS. We handle all export documentation from the China side and advise on destination country requirements.

Standard documentation on every order: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading. For dangerous goods: Dangerous Goods Declaration and UN certified packaging certificates. All documents are issued and confirmed before the vessel departs.

Transit times from Shanghai or Qingdao: Los Angeles 14 to 21 days. Houston via Panama Canal 28 to 35 days. Rotterdam or Hamburg 25 to 30 days. Sydney or Melbourne 18 to 22 days. We book on major carriers and provide tracking throughout.

Yes. We are certified to handle DG Classes 3 (Flammable Liquids), 4 (Flammable Solids), 5 (Oxidizers and Peroxides), 6.1 (Toxic Substances), and 8 (Corrosives) in full IMDG Code compliance. Every DG shipment includes UN certified packaging, MSDS, and Dangerous Goods Declaration.

MOQ varies by product. Typical minimums: bulk liquids from one IBC (1,000 L) or one ISO tank. Powder products from one pallet (500 to 1,000 kg). Paper from one FCL (20 foot container). We arrange consolidated shipments for smaller quantities.

Our Shanghai Pudong team visits the factory in person, not on video calls, to verify business licenses, export permits, production capacity, and quality systems. We collect and test samples before confirming any new supplier, and we have maintained direct relationships with the same factories across Shandong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang for twenty years.

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% against shipping documents. For established clients: negotiated terms. We also accept Letters of Credit for large orders.

FOB (Shanghai/Qingdao) gives you control over freight and insurance, often resulting in lower total cost if you have a good freight forwarder. CIF is simpler. We handle freight and insurance to your destination port. For first-time importers, CIF is often easier. For high-volume buyers, FOB typically saves 5 to 15 percent on logistics costs.
