The general rate is the text stored on that line. 902 lines store a blank. 596 store Free. 1480 store a number and a percent sign. 19 store other rate text. A blank stays blank. Free stays Free. Other rate text is not turned into dollars.
184 lines have a heading 9903 citation in the map. Percents copied onto those lines: 0. 15 lines are named in heading 9903 text. Rates copied from those named lines: 0. A footnote is copied as stored text. It is not turned into a percent.
Heading 9903.05.31 stores The duty provided in the applicable subheading + 12.5%. That rate is not copied onto a chemical line. No exclusion is shown on a chemical line.
A US case is listed when the four digit heading is on a China row in the anti dumping file. 651 lines have that heading match. The match is not a finding that the line is inside the order. The file stores no cash deposit percent on those rows.
The Australia columns use the six digit line for the first six digits.
