A hit means that case number is one of the 154 rows. The product, the order type, and the HS codes are copied from the row. The rate field on every row is the hedge stored in the file, not a percent.

Does this page give the cash-deposit percent?

No. duty_rate_percent is empty on every row in this file. The text on the row says to verify the case file on access.trade.gov before invoicing. A percent from a broker, a blog, or an old review is not stored here.

What if the case number is not in the file?

The file has 154 China-origin rows, imported 16 May 2026. A miss means that number is not one of those 154. It is not a finding that no order exists. Check ACCESS.
