What is the US duty on xylene from China?

The USITC extract imported on 25 September 2026 does not store one xylene line. HTS 2902.44.00.00, described as Mixed xylene isomers, stores a general rate of Free and an other rate of Free. o-Xylene, m-Xylene, and p-Xylene each store that same pair on their own lines. The special rate on each line is blank. There is no footnote.

The file does not use the words 1,3-xylene. m-Xylene is HTS 2902.42.00.00, not the mixed-isomer line. Heading 2902 stores no rate, and the file does not store a 2902.4 parent. Additional duties are blank, so this file does not store a Section 301 percent. The benzene footnote, "See 9903.90.08," is not on these lines, and this page does not copy it here. The anti-dumping file dated 16 May 2026 has no heading 2902 row and stores no cash-deposit percent for it. This page is the United States file only. It does not state an Australian duty or a ChAFTA percent.

2902.41.00.00 o-Xylene Free blank
2902.42.00.00 m-Xylene Free blank
2902.43.00.00 p-Xylene Free blank
2902.44.00.00 Mixed xylene isomers Free blank

The other column is not shown. It does not apply to goods of China.

This page does not treat Free as a China total. Benzene stores the same pair of Free rates and a footnote this file does not put on the xylene lines. The benzene answer is on US duty on benzene from China. Styrene stores a Free general rate and an other rate that is not Free. Confirm the line on hts.usitc.gov before you quote. Section 301 stays on the USTR Section 301 page.

The anti-dumping file, updated_at 2026-05-16T23:32:23.566Z, has no heading 2902 row. That gap is not a finding that no order exists. Check ACCESS before you treat it as a clearance.

A list of codes, three free and up to 50 on Pro, is on the China duty list. Subscribe for the longer list and the copyable report. A rate there is shown only when the file stores it.
