Compare a ChAFTA certificate with the invoice

Type the fields from each document. This page flags what does not match. It does not read a PDF. It does not store a ChAFTA percent, so it does not say a mismatch changes the duty by any percent.

DFAT says a certificate must be issued by an authorised body in the country of origin. For imports into Australia the page names General Administration of Customs of China and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. AQSIQ ceased to provide certificates on 21 August 2018. Certificates issued before that date stay valid until they expire.

A certificate applies to one shipment. It must not exceed 20 items, and it may be valid for up to one year. A declaration of origin can stand in for goods covered by an advance ruling. It is not approved by an authorised body. The declaration template names the goods description, a six digit code, the invoice number and date, and the origin criterion. It is presented with the commercial invoice. The fetched page text did not include a last updated line.

Leave this blank if you are not counting lines. The page does not open the certificate.

Ready.

The Australia tariff file date stored on this site is 2026-05-16T22:20:11.276Z. A ChAFTA percent is not in that file. The DFAT pages are certificates of origin and the guide.
