Glacial acrylic acid must be kept stabilized and within a narrow temperature range; it can polymerize violently if it freezes and is thawed badly or if the inhibitor runs out. It ships as Class 8 with a flammable subsidiary risk, usually in ISO tanks or drums with a stated inhibitor level. Ask for the MEHQ content and manufacture date.
