Refund policy
SEAN REVIEW: legal counsel must approve before this policy binds. The fourteen-day cooling-off default and the ACL preservation clause are conservative starting points.
1. Free tier
The Free tier carries no charge. No refund policy applies.
2. Pro tier subscriptions
Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the displayed price. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro tier access until that period ends. Sourzi does not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods outside the cooling-off window or the Australian Consumer Law guarantees described below.
3. Fourteen-day cooling-off on first paid subscription
On your first paid Pro tier subscription, Sourzi offers a fourteen-day cooling-off refund. Request a full refund within fourteen days of the first charge by emailing sourcing@sourzi.com from the address associated with your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within ten business days of approval. The cooling-off does not apply to subsequent renewals.
4. Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Australian consumers retain statutory consumer-guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), regardless of any other clause in this policy. Where the service is materially defective, fails to be of acceptable quality, or fails to be reasonably fit for the purpose disclosed, Sourzi will provide refund, repair, or replacement as required by the Australian Consumer Law. The cooling-off clause above is in addition to, not in place of, these statutory rights.
5. Disputed charges
Raise disputed Stripe charges through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the account page. Sourzi works with disputing customers in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you retain the chargeback rights provided by your card issuer; Stripe administers chargebacks per its standard process.
6. Service interruption credit
Where service interruption affecting Pro tier tools exceeds twenty-four continuous hours within a billing period, Sourzi may at its discretion provide a pro-rata service credit against the next billing period. Service-credit requests are made through the contact address below within thirty days of the interruption.
7. Cancellation
Cancel a Pro tier subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues to the end of the current paid period.
